There are several ways to find out.

1/ Do you have a perfectly fitting ring? Then you can measure the inside of this ring. Take a ruler or tape measure and measure the diameter of the ring, it is important that you only measure from the inside to the other inside.  So do not take the outer edge with you.  The number of millimetres you measure is your ring size.

2/ Take a piece of rope or paper and twist it around your finger. Not too tight and not too loose. Cut it to the right length and place it next to your ruler or tape measure.  Place this piece of string on your ruler or tape measure and the number of millimetres you measure is your ring size.

Here you will find a size chart to find your ring size.

On the left is a list of diameters in millimetres. If you know the diameter, you can look up the corresponding circumference on the right. The table in the middle shows the circumference in millimetres. If you know the circumference size of the finger, you can look up the diameter size on the left.
