Designed4You undertakes to process only those data that are relevant and necessary for the purposes for which they are collected.
When registering for the Designed4You magazine, the following personal data are processed:

Art. 4 Processing purposes
Designed4You collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management (including customer administration, order/delivery follow-up and invoicing).

Designed4You assures the client that the personal data are not sold or given to third parties. They are only communicated to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement with the Client, or to comply with a legal obligation. Designed4You has taken all possible legal and technical precautions to avoid unauthorized access and use.
Designed4You guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data.
Art. 6 Rights
The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time, to have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, to have them deleted, to restrict them or to object to their processing.
The customer has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. This withdrawal shall not affect the consent to the processing prior to the withdrawal.

Designed4You shall retain the personal data for as long as necessary for the execution of the Agreement.
The personal data will be retained for up to 1 year, after which Designed4You will destroy them completely.
